By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.
1. In-Person Services & Product Shipping
Most treatments and products offered by LuMelan™ are in-person procedures performed by licensed professionals at our clinical locations.
Only select physical products (such as skincare kits, aftercare items, or accessories) are eligible for shipping.
If you are unsure whether a product can be shipped, please contact us before purchasing.
2. Order Processing & Shipping Times
Orders for eligible physical products are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing times may vary depending on:

Weather or carrier delays
You will receive an email confirmation and tracking number once your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Carriers & Delivery Options
We offer both standard and expedited shipping options for eligible products.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

Please note: LuMelan™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or circumstances beyond our control once an order has left our facility.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
Once tracking information has been issued, the customer assumes full responsibility for the package.
LuMelan™ is not liable for:

Packages lost in transit

Shipments stolen after delivery

Damage occurring after carrier pickup
If an issue occurs, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
We do not issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen orders.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

6. International Shipping
At this time, LuMelan™ does not offer international shipping.
All orders must be shipped to addresses within the United States.
